Funded by Central and Central East LHINs, Carefirst is committed to offering a “Total Care for Seniors” program for high-risk seniors who are frail or cognitive impaired while continuously living at their own home. This comprehensive and diversified program serves to not only fulfill the seniors’ daily needs but also to provide them a care continuum in the community.

Carefirst Seniors & Community Services Association has a unit in Cedarcrest Manor staffed with personal support workers (PSWs) for those tenants who have been assessed by CCAC and are entitled to services.
